We were thrilled that the John Lewis Partnership asked us to help them communicate their new, five-year strategic plan to Partners right across their business. With a big ambition to improve lives and create a more sustainable future, purpose is at the heart of the plan; for which all Partners were given the opportunity to contribute ideas.
