Making the Partnership personal
The John Lewis Partnership is unlike any other business in the UK. Owned and run by its Partners, it’s a model built on the belief that when people have a genuine stake in what they do, everything improves. Communicating that difference — to customers, to potential recruits, to the wider world — is both a challenge and an opportunity.
We were invited to bring that story to life. Blending narrative voiceover with the authentic voices of Partners themselves, whether based in a John Lewis or Waitrose store, on their farm, in warehouses or at head office, we captured people at work and let them speak in their own words.
The film struck a chord, warmly received by audiences and leadership alike, and became the first of many projects we have created with the Partnership, bringing real people and their stories to the heart of every campaign.
