Amex’s Fraud Team asked us to create content to help Cardmembers spot various scams which are growing ever-more sophisticated. We produced three short animated pieces around phone, email and SMS scams, with each film highlighting the three most common things to look out for. We delivered the simple, elegant brand style in engaging split-screen to represent the interaction between scammer and Cardmember and to highlight key information.
