Changing perceptions for better applications.

A key part of the recruitment challenge for organisations like Virgin Media O2 is attracting the right candidates for the right jobs. Misconceptions around certain roles, what they involve and who they suit, can quietly close doors before candidates even apply.

We created a social-first series of films that addressed those barriers head on, demystifying roles including field engineer, door to door sales rep and instore advisor. Featuring real employees, we reframed each role around its day to day reality, directly answering the questions that put people off applying.

Integrated animated text combined with grounded, authentic contributor voices created an engaging series that shifted perceptions and got the job done.
